Reset failed pending LinkedIn video deliveries and enqueue preparation again.

Current member with publishing access, active non-missed schedule, valid approval, and valid media.

Errors and retry

Stale versions, active publication, invalid media, missing approval, inactive schedule, or missing publishing access fail without resetting deliveries.

Read the post again before retrying. A successful call with zero retries means no failed eligible LinkedIn delivery existed.

Effects, limits, and source

Workspace roles, subscription and AI usage limits, approval rules, and server rate limits are enforced at call time. Rate-limit responses identify when to retry; scheduled work returns state rather than holding the request open.
