A brief reflection on my recent conference run. I left these two Forbes summits with new perspectives for entrepreneurship and the traditional career path. While one conference boasted 6,000 millennials, the other hosted 100 CMOs & executives. At the U30 Summit, it was inspiring to see the drive my cohort had for embracing risks to create impact & change. At the CMO Summit, it was humbling to see at the executive level, there was immense interest for giving back and developing the next generation of young talents.
