My least likely to ever happen dream is to have a very powerful department called "common sense" in every business. Someone from this department sits in every meeting representing the voice of reason and the customer. "No John, that's bollocks", or "Are we really still talking about this" or to shout out, " Come on, that's clearly stupid" and best of all " Stop dicking around on this, these are details, go back to what matters".
