Everybody has time for a meeting or time for a call, but it's about prioritization. So don't ask " have you got time for a meeting", ( which seems to be the default for every request) Say " I'd like to talk to you about X, you'd be interested in it because of Y" and if it's interesting time will magically free up. …see more
