The discriminations against one's gender, color, and background are unfortunately still prevalent at work, home, and society. We all see them & experience them. With less than 1% of Fortune 500 CEOs being Black (3 out of 500 to be exact) and only 3.2% of the senior leadership roles at large companies in the U.S. being Black, we need to change our perspectives to hiring, promoting, and empowering people of different backgrounds, ethnicities and genders. Research after research validated that diversity of all kinds in the leadership teams will result in higher business outcomes. We need to set minorities for success or else organizations will fall behind in competition and individuals will suffer. Let's stand for what's right!
