I can't agree more! I found "feeling grateful" and "count my blessing" in a daily basis as one of the most powerful things that help me feel calm and collected no matter how much turbulence I feel around me. Highly recommend utilizing gratitude! A good place to start is to count 3 small things you are grateful for every day when you wake up. Also, be nice and forgiving to yourself. Don't focus on what you "haven't done" yesterday or the goal you missed last month, but rather focus on what "you've done" from your to do list yesterday and the "progress" you made toward your "big goals". #gratitude #feelinggrateful #smallwins #positiveattitude
