I came into the workplace during the last financial crisis. 2020 feels familiar. It’s ambiguous, chaotic, and uncertain. (Man, this dramatic line spacing really does set the mood.) You could be a new grad, in between jobs, or trying to keep the wheels turning. Either way, your #CareerChallenges are likely rooted in the same thing: uncertainty. So, what happens when we find ourselves in a place that we've never been before? It’s easy to wallow in the uncertainty, but that's not productive. Here’s my take. This is for anyone facing a new challenge right now or feeling stuck: Trust the goo! You have what you need within this state of ~meh~ to get through this, and even to transform. You know more than you think. You are more capable than you feel right now. PS: No I’m not selling a course.
