I can relate to this topic! As a woman who has always aimed for A LOT, I many times heard that “I’m too ambitious” in different contexts. Instead of stressing out about that, I always take this as a complement and don’t let the gender bias or low bars for what’s possible get into my head or on the way of reaching my goals. I found that having high standards and goals in combination with the genuine intention of doing “what’s good for the business and for the teams” will really allow you to execute on your ambitious goals and dreams.
