Being in a new role as the Head of Product in a company that has so many exiting opportunities going on for it and that the roles of the product, design, and development are so key for its success, could be a lot to take on. I'm having a great time getting a lot of super interesting work done at my new role at Halo Neuroscience such as defining Halo's products and experiences, establishing light processes to help our teams to be more effective, building teams, and getting Halo Neuroscience to the next stages. When I reflect back on how I gained my skills and learned some of the best practices I'm utilizing in my new role, I felt I owe a huge "THANK YOU" to a few of the product and design leaders I've worked with in the past and learned tremendously from.
