The fact that she emphasized our work systems are archaically designed for men who have supporting wives at home it’s a super important point to understand. In this day and age, with so many families having a woman/wife/Mom who’s working and more men (whether they have stay-home-wife or not) interested in participating in parenting and childcare, the mindsets and the work environments need to adjust.
