Yesterday, I attended my first offsite as a new Halo Neuroscience executive team. I was inspired by my colleagues and the leadership we have in place. Throughout the day, discussing the goals and strategic direction as well as witnessing the dynamic of the team gave me confidence that I made the right decision joining “this team” for a startup journey to solve super important problems.
