They fired Anthony Piloseno who had created a TikTok account based on paint mixing with over 1 million followers. Well, good news. The now ex-Sherwin-Williams employee has landed at a new paint company Florida Paints . Piloseno said he had many offers from many paint companies but that he and Don Strube , Co-Owner of Florida Paints connected over their shared passion for paint. So what can companies learn from this? 1/ Don't just judge the actions of employees based on policies and procedures.
