I can’t stop thinking about the women and girls I met last week at the Fistula Hospital in Borama, #Somaliland. Their stories of pain and isolation were absolutely harrowing, but their strength and determination to survive, and someday thrive, still inspire me. #Fistula is not just an abstract medical term.
