Job Seekers: This Post Is For You. Recently I wrote an article about job hopping and finding one’s own path when building a career. I was surprised by how many people responded about wanting (or needing) work. It’s clear to me that people need some sort of ‘public square’ to shout “I need a job!’” and, “I’m very qualified in A,B,C, so please contact me at...” It is for all of you job seekers that, during this Season of Outreach, Giving and Gratitude, I dedicate this post to you. So go ahead, if you are in the market for a job, invite people to connect and contact you. It’s hard to be in a position to ask for anything—whether it’s for a job, or a piece of bread or a warm shelter.
