It's the way you feel when you're about to leap off the cliff toward a new chapter of life, and on the way down you see someone waiting with a big net and a warm smile, beckoning. "You're gonna be just fine." Just ask Roxanne Foster , the outgoing Director of Operations for JAWS. After two years as the organization's steady pulse, she's leaving to follow a long-held dream of being a foster parent. So JAWS members decided Roxanne should be the next recipient of the "JAWS Quilt," which was made by Betsy Wade using t-shirts from past Camps. I think Roxanne's response says it all.
