Talk about Service Recovery! What we all can learn from this flight crew. Flying on Southwest to Seattle but got grounded before we could take off. The Captain—a woman(!) who is taking the photo—offered to let people sit in the cockpit with the First Officer, while we were waiting to be cleared for takeoff. What a treat. It made everyone on the plane feel happier about the delay because of the opportunity to do something special-get a picture inside the cockpit. Well done!
