I'd like to hear his thoughts about how he plans to lead his organization towards “transformation.” If I get to meet with him, what question would you like me to ask? Here is what I wrote to him: “Mr. Chairman: thank you for your inspiring prediction and I'd like to hear more specifics. I've been a “Kaiser Baby” and now a life-long member. My father spent his entire physician career at KP and I've worked and consulted to KP. Yet I'm not really seeing or experiencing anything within the system which reflects your above view.
