My husband and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary yesterday. Why am I posting this on LinkedIn? Because your spouse has a huge impact on your career. When we were first married I always said I needed a “wife”, someone who was home so I could come home and not have the traditional home responsibilities to deal with! Well that didn’t happen but we figured it out. I found flexibility so we could take care of our kids with two working parents. Both juggling parenting and work responsibilities like lots of couples. The last few weeks I’ve been reflecting a lot on successes and learning experiences and how I got here. And I couldn’t have done it without Christopher Padar MBA CSSBB .
