BREAKING NEWS: Haven is shutting down. The masterplan of the big three, Amazon , Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway and J.P. Morgan Chase, got crashed as Haven was just announced to end its operations at the end of February. What it means for us in digital health: * Big money alone cannot break into the healthcare business as they simply lack the expertise, experience and knowledge about the regulatory environment (among other things). What it doesn't mean for us: * That tech companies will still play a major role in the future of care with the products they can bring to the table (instead of creating a different form of healthcare like Haven attempted).
