What a year 2020 has been. The industry I work in vanished in a week, I worked three times more than ever before, didn't travel at all for the first time in my life. I learned to live with all kinds of insecurities. Made many professional mistakes and got totally exhausted by the end of the year. This year has broken me a little bit. I lost some hope in humanity and myself too. But all my family members and friends are healthy. I spent a lot of time with my wife and daughter. I witnessed the rise of science in the era of fake news. I bought a studio and launched a new business. The Medical Futurist broke all records. I made new friends through sports and online gaming. I broke through some barriers in my chess journey. However, I cannot wait to start a new year. I don't expect it to be better because it's new. It's going to be better because we make it so. I'm ready to work, serve my community and continue to learn even more in 2021. And if I have to go through all that suffering again, let's get into it. Now I have some experience. :) The COVID era will end when we are all vaccinated. I cannot wait to get mine and as The Medical Futurist, I will keep on fighting against misinformation.
