Just noticed LinkedIn has enhanced its Endorsement feature. It asked me ‘you’re highly skilled in wealth management...would you like to endorse x?’ When I did, it further asked me how I knew x, including if I had heard about his skills rather than through being his manager, colleague, client etc. I don’t know how it’s going to clean up historical random endorsements but it looks like LinkedIn will harness this feature much better in future to make it really useful.
