Looking back at my career, one thing that will rise above all others, is that I was, am, and continue to be an unrepentant, caring and relentless employee advocate, and that I *prove* this consistently, through act, word and deed. It hasn't always endeared me to upper management - sometimes, quite the opposite. It has, however, endeared me to my employees, and helped me build camaraderie, loyalty, and a great work environment.
