People are really good at saying what they want. We say we want to be good parents. We say we want to be good partners. We say we want to make time for prayer or meditation. We say we want to exercise more and eat healthier. When it comes to living in accordance with our values, we have to be able to say “yes” to this one question: Did I make time for this on my calendar?
