What is temptation bundling and how can we use it to stay productive? 🤔 Temptation bundling is when we use a reward from one area of our life to encourage us to do something helpful in another area. For example, I know that whenever I see an article online, the media company that produced it has designed its website to keep me scrolling, clicking, and checking back constantly. So, I don’t read the news on the webpage. Here’s what I do instead ⬇️ I save it to an app called Pocket that will scrub the contents of the article and read it out to me through my headphones. Now, I only consume those articles when I workout or take a walk. This way, I’m able to take something that might have been a distraction at my desk and turn it into a reward for doing something I promised myself I would do. Have you tried temptation bundling?
