I have found that once you can figure out distraction in one area of your life, there is a ripple effect in all areas of your life. It took me about 5 years to write my recently-released book, Indistractable. During those five years, my life has changed tremendously. When it comes to my work, I love to write, but I kept putting off this work that I love because I constantly got distracted.
