5 things you should try to stay healthy with technologies 1) Keep track of your daily physical activity (I use a Fitbit Ionic device for this purpose, but I can also recommend Polar Chest Strap. You can also find free in-built health apps on your phone.) 2) Use a smart sleep alarm to make sure you wake up easily (Several Fitbit and Apple Watch models have this feature. As an alternative, Sleep as Android is a great free app.) 3) Do an ECG analysis from time to time (mine is Kardia's newest 6-lead device - unfortunately I don't know any free alternatives for that.) 4) Check your blood pressure once a month (I do it with iHealth, but grandma's old blood pressure cuff will also do.) 5) Check your skin lesions (I have skin lesions I should get checked out regularly - in the meantime, I re-check them with SkinVision. Their assessment is free, with possible upgrades.)
