Nostalgia makes us feel happy. It brings us together on shared memories and makes us feel warm. Maybe it gives us meaning and hope. It takes us back to a feeling of life being easier and simpler (which may or may not be true). I am not a Mumbaiite or Bombayite as people there would refer to themselves back then. Mumbai, then and now, is not just a city; it's an emotion for many, the vintage photographs were interesting to watch. An emotion of a place where you can dream for a better life and a better #future . A city where every successful person started with an impossible dream and somehow held onto that belief and, despite odds and setbacks, persevered in fulfilling their aspirations, and hence continuing the chain of human hope and endeavor.
