In an email to employees, #JeffBezos announced that he is stepping down as Amazon CEO and will take over as executive chairman in Q3 2021. His email is a masterclass in communication and provides a lot of food for thought for entrepreneurs. Some words that stood out for me 1. Invention is the root of our #success . We’ve done crazy things together, and then made them normal. 2. A few years after a surprising invention, the new thing has become normal. People yawn. And that yawn is the greatest compliment an inventor can receive. 3. Keep inventing, and don’t despair when at first the idea looks crazy. 4. Remember to wander.
