I started my ashtanga #yoga practice about 3 years ago. I was inspired by this video. When we see #excellence in any field we can be inspired by the persistence, #passion , #purpose behind it. And we can imbibe this #inspiration into our life’s to goals that are relevant to us. I never imagined when I saw this video that someday I will have a chance to be in a class with Laruga Glaser and learn from her. I joined in the class this weekend in Mumbai organised by True Bay India .
