Did you watch the #halftimesuperbowl performance. It was spectacular. And I have been thinking about it a lot. I was unsure about posting on LinkedIn but then I felt it was worth sharing my thoughts. Set aside the entertainment factor and liking or disliking the performance. #JLo and #Shakira demonstrated Age is truly just a number (at 50 and 43 age). And we can all continue to create our new best at any age and overcome setbacks we inevitably face in our careers. They are both minority women. They embraced their difference and confidently blended both Latino and mainstream music. They owned the stage and I marvel at the hard work to reach the perfection they did.
