Undoubtedly feeling hurt and of being judged is inevitable. Sometimes we have to ignore criticism because it can also cripple us from proceeding on unknown paths. How to incorporate #criticism into our journey? 1. Introspect - Evaluate the comment in a detached and objective way. 2. Think from your heart - Don’t be angry with the person, see them as your well-wishers in your evolution. If possible, thank the person for giving you feedback. 3. Understand the gaps - Some times the gaps are real and many times a perception. Resolve to make small changes you can make to be the person you want to be. When giving critical feedback; the tone, the words, and the intent matters. 1. The #intent always has to be to help someone to raise their benchmark because they are competent to achieve a lot more. 2.
