Rising early feels daunting to most people. In my 20's, not getting 8hrs of sleep used to be a crisis, but now I average 5-6 hrs. Rising early at 5:30am does help me focus better without distractions & gain control of the day. I can prioritize multiple tasks: some quiet time for meditation, yoga/exercise, setting up the day's agenda & addressing critical emails. Is rising early a secret to success? I am not sure.
