October is National Disability Employment Awareness month although we are reaching the end of this time dedicated to educating leadership on what inclusion means. One of the best ways to push productivity forward is to make sure your organization is a safe space for all abilities and backgrounds to thrive. Here are three ways to promote a safe space at your organization: 1️⃣ Keep an Open Door Policy 2️⃣ Ask How You Can Best Support Each Individual 3️⃣ Provide a Channel for Anonymous Feedback/Suggestions I hesitated to share this series because of a neuro-delay and mild confusion...
