Here's a lesson from some hard-boiled eggs... ⤵ The other day I issued a call for help on Facebook, asking my friends how they master the art of HARD BOILED EGGS 🥚 With over 58 responses, only FIVE responses were the same! That means there were 53 different ways people explained how to make hard-boiled eggs. 🤯 I seem to always mess up the variables of... ❓ Is this enough of a ROLLING BOIL? ❓ Do I put my eggs in hot OR cold water first? ❓ Are these eggs even GOOD anymore?! I ended up following Jackie Hermes and Darcy Pinasco 's advice and invested in a cute little $15 egg cooker to do the job for me... So here's the thing: 👉 DO what works best for you...
