ALSO, follow your message up by suggesting solutions, such as: "ABC Company is hosting daily checkpoints to address sanitization and security measures, perhaps we can implement them as well. I would be happy to support this mission on behalf of my high-risk colleagues..." ALSO, make sure to document EVERYTHING should you need support from our ADA programs. I understand how stressful this pandemic can be as a high-risk care giver of two and professional working 60+ hrs per week, It is especially horrifying if you've seen loved ones hospitalized or have lost loved ones to the fight against COVID-19.
