My biggest weakness is undoubtedly my inability to spot RED FLAGS in people🚩 However, my magic-filled heart and rose-colored glasses are also a superpower and asset to a badass mindset and attitude of gratitude that have gotten me through hell and back. This is a balance I'm still trying to perfect... So how do you set effective boundaries that allow you to grow a strong community but also prevent the chance of being taken advantage of? What are a few red flags you often see that are warning signs in your experience? Here are TWO trends I've recently seen: 🚩 When someone says "honestly..." often before sharing an opinion or experience... 🚩 When someone talks negative about others and spreads gossip... I used to admire these "It Girls" and professionals because they held themselves HIGH on a pedestal which had me trapped in false admirations. I was gullible and they used me.
