That makes you pretty special. 1️⃣ Be Present – Find your anchor to remind you. 2️⃣ Reminisce – Don’t let happy memories go to waste! 3️⃣ Acknowledge – Acknowledge the invisible. 4️⃣ Neuroplasticity – Think positive thoughts for every negative one. 5️⃣ Compliment – Give kind notes often. 6️⃣ Pause – Practice deep breathing exercises. 7️⃣ Reflect – Remember how far you’ve come. 8️⃣ Smile – It does funny things to your brain! 9️⃣ Rest – Get those Z’s to recharge and refocus!
