Anybody can be happier, healthier, and more successful - it's all about the shift in mindset, so I'm happy to share more of my story with you in this #10Tips10Days series. The foundation for that mindset? An attitude of gratitude. Tip 2: Reminisce Reflecting on past memories reconnects us with those moments of joy and boosts happiness. It can be a very dark world - especially reminiscing on the traumatic events of 9/11 that happened on this day in 2001. Surrounding ourselves with the things that lift us up helps us to spread that positivity and joy this world desperately needs. So what do you surround yourself with?! What photos do you keep near and what thoughts and feelings do they bring you?
