[Lenovo Tech World 2019] 🤖Smarter Technology For All⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ For the whole day I was at the Lenovo HQ Campus. There are other major tech companies like Tencent and Baidu in Zhongguancun Software Park.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The Lenovo HQ Campus is YUGE. It’s about 13 hectares, that’s about 66 tennis courts. They have about 11,000 employees here working on research and development. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We went through the new Lenovo Future Center, which opened last Saturday. We explored their Smart IOT devices, future concepts and how they use AI as part of vision for a smarter vision.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I also had the chance to listen to 5 of their executives share their perspective of how they going to implement the vision of making smarter technology for all. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Dilip Bhatia, Vice president of Global Marketing, User & Customer Experience, chatted his views on why customer feedback matter and how they use their feedback to improve their product and services. ⁣⁣ 🍗 Want to know more?
