In 2016 I told myself that I would never work for anyone else again. Life has changed so much for me in the past year and a half. Lost my brother and decided to close down my company. Two things that were interwoven in my identity. And with that, I’ve changed quite a bit. I feel like every week for the past 4 years I’ve read a post about someone quitting their full time job to follow their dreams/become an entrepreneur/etc. I’ve always loved those. But, I’m doing the opposite. I just joined Lewis Howes & Greatness Media . It’s something I couldn’t have predicted but I’m deeply excited for. He’s someone that I’ve followed, studied, and learned from. I love the mission & vision for the team. For as much as I come from chaos and change — I’m learning that these “promises” that I’ve made to myself have been a way for me to maintain control. A way for me to stay in my comfort zone.
