"Hire for character, train for skills" This is the gaming company Hitwicket's hiring strategy. But they added one twist to finding their dream employees: Winning an e-sports tournament. Yup, that's right. This is Hitwicket's way of scrapping outdated procedures. Top 10 candidates in-game can skip the written round and go straight to an interview. The people who don't make the cut? They'll be evaluated by in-game progress and written round scores. New hires will be working on the game "Hitwicket Superstars" (the game they have to play).
