I thought I wanted a +500 person company. Something I could attach to my name. So that everyone would know I made it. Now? I don’t care anymore. I don’t want that anymore. And for the first time in my life, I feel like I’ve made it. I haven’t achieved all of my goals. But I’m good with who I am. With where I’m going. And with what I actually want. My ambition is still there. But the self-inflicted pressure is just gone. Clarity ebbs and flows. Sometimes we get it and sometimes we don’t. Sometimes what we wanted isn’t what we want anymore. Sometimes what we were isn’t what we are anymore. It’s not something we can prep for. And that’s okay. I like this new person I’m becoming. At this stage of my life, I just want to focus on creating things that I’m proud of. Sharing stories that need to be told. And bringing people together. What are you working on?
