If you’re subscribed to this newsletter you probably already know where I come from and what I’ve been up to over the past few years. Long story short: we grew quickly, failed a lot, learned a lot, and our team was crushing it pre-Covid. So coming to terms with the fact that it’s all coming to an end has been difficult for me to deal with because a lot of energy, sweat, tears, and hair loss (lol) went into that business. I’m not the type of person that dwells on things. I never really have been. But this has been hard for me to shake (hence my three month absence from writing these). I guess the beautiful thing is that I haven’t been sitting idle. I’ve just been quiet on social media. I’ve been thinking a lot about brand, what I want to do next, and who I want to be next.
