Visionary vs. Integrator. ✅ Systems & processes. We still have a ways to go on this one. But we’re moving because we didn’t ignore this part (even though we wanted to 🙃). ✅ Failure. ✅ Only focus on what we are the best at & got rid of everything else. ✅ Identify strategic partners & start asking for referrals. ✅ Create content.
