Over 3 years ago I decided that I was going to create content. What I was really doing was creating a story. Commonalities I've found that people mention when they're retelling my story to me: 👉🏽 Created +500 videos before anyone watched 👉🏽 Totaled my car, girlfriend at the time left, burned through my savings, dog was hit by a car. 👉🏽 Two failed companies before one found success. And while those things are true. As content creators we get so attached to our stories (because others do). So here is my challenge to myself: ✅ To be aggressive [like I was] and focus on creating more of my story. And pay attention to the narratives that people share. ✅ On podcasts, stage, etc. to pull out new stories instead of the big 3. ✅ To build something outside of my company: e.g. my new esports podcast and a gaming community.
