Speaking at INBOUND! ✅ I was stopped maybe a little under 20 times over the weekend to take photos. Because they recognized my hat and saw my stuff on LinkedIn. And on the first day I turned to Israel and said, “this hat is the best decision I ever made.” And then after my session a woman stood up during Q&A and said this: I sent you a connection request after watching a few of your things. And you responded and asked me how I was doing & what I was working on. And we talked for a while. And that’s what matters to me. I had put you on a pedestal and you brought yourself down to my level. Thank you. That meant the world to me. I’ve heard John Henry & Gary Vaynerchuk talk about scaling the unscalable. And about a year ago I was studying Taylor Swift’s come up and there is one commonality in all of that. They spend a ridiculous amount of time engaging with their community.
