I met with our business coach [ Rebecca Heidepriem ] alone yesterday. I usually go with Israel Lugo III . And she said, “think bigger. You’re thinking too small because you’re in the weeds.” Thinking ‘bigger’ has never been something that I’ve struggled with. I’m a dreamer. Always have been. This picture was taken before we started our company. I wasn’t able to communicate where I wanted to go completely, but well enough to convince three people to jump into this with me. I have some huge things to announce soon. But I’m also noticing that the bigger those “announcements” get, the smaller I feel. The more I want. The more I feel I haven’t really gotten anywhere at all. Because I’m in the weeds. Working. And this morning I woke up with clarity. With dreams bigger than I’ve ever dreamed. Dreams that I don’t know that I’m capable of achieving. And that’s what I want for everyone else — give yourself permission to dream again. To dream bigger.
