I’ve been called “too” competitive. I like to win. I like to learn. And culturally that’s been a bad thing. But I’m learning that if I’m going to “win” I need to lean more into the person that I am and make my strengths (and weaknesses) work for me. And for me it’s simple: am I outworking the old me? Am I better than the old me? Am I working towards the me that I want to be? At the end of the day there is no one on the planet with the same goals + plans as you.
