Days like this are the worst for creators. 👇🏽😥 We recorded 10 or so videos yesterday and I barely got through a single take. That hasn't happened to me in a while and I'm supposed to be a "professional". It's so easy to get in your own head. So easy to get frustrated. But regardless of where you are at in your life, you're going to have those "off days". This is what I do: 1). Breathe. Remind yourself your human. Most of the time "Done is better than best." 2).
