Fact: More men need to support women. We're a part of Women's Entrepreneurship Week in Milwaukee this year for three main reasons. ▪️ Change needs to happen. ▪️ We're super intentional about our culture and as we grow we want to have diverse voices on our team, so that we can be better as a team. We need more women to do that. ▪️ Reread the first sentence of this post. At events/weeks like this men often feel like they're not included and I want to challenge every dude out there (especially if you're in Milwaukee) to do the following: ▪️ Go to more female organized events (I'll put the link to the week below) ▪️ Take a minute or two to send your appreciation out to the women in your network that are absolutely crushing it out there.
